¨ Rides will be provided to/from the hotel to on-campus locations.
¨ All food available at the Conference will be labeled for ingredients. Vegetarian food options
will be available. In case of dietary restrictions, please notify the registration desk.
¨ All-gender restrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd levels of Wilder
Hall (Student Union building, across from the Science Center) and in all residential halls.
¨ One all-gender single-use restroom is available in the Science Center.
¨ Please indicate gender preference for assigned host on registration form.
¨ An ASL interpreter will be on call for the weekend.
¨ In order to enable full conference participation, fullest efforts will be made to satisfy
any other language needs indicated during registration (on the form or at the desk).

All conference participants are requested
to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any participant responsible for creating an uncomfortable, unsafe or disruptive
